Arrival in
Baku
Meeting at the airport. Check-in at
the hotel.

Baku city
tour / Absheron Peninsula
09:00. Breakfast at the hotel.
10:00. Baku sightseeing tour. Visit
to Memory Alley – "Shehidler
Khiyabany", panoramic view of Baku
city from the park. Boat trip in
Caspian Sea Baku bay. Visit to the
State Carpets museum.
13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch trip to the Absheron
peninsula. Visit to flaming mountain
– "Yanardag", Temple of Fire
Worshippers’ – "Ateshgah".
Dinner and overnight at the hotel. |

Day 3 |

Baku /
Icheri Sheher / Gobustan
Breakfast at the hotel.
Trip to mud volcanoes and
museum of rock paintings "Gobustan".
Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch visit to medieval
fortress of Old Baku - "Icheri
Sheher"15-17 c.c.,
"Maiden Tower " – 9 c., the Complex
of Shirvan Shahs’ Palace -15 c.
medieval Caravansaray -15c.,
medieval Markets square, handmade
carpet’s workshop art studio. Free
time walking in the central streets
and Baku boulevard.
20:00 Farewell dinner at the
traditional restaurant with folklore
and show program.

Day 4 |
|
Baku /
Shamakha / Sheki
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out.
Departure to Sheki town. On the way
to Sheki visit to Diri Baba
mausoleum in Maraza village. In
Shamakha visit to historical mosque
Juma (Friday), mausoleum of Yeddi
Gumbez – (Seven Domes) – grave yard
of Shirvan Shahs’. Lunch at a local
restaurant.
Continue trip to Sheki via Muganly
passing. Photo stops on the most
beautiful places on the mountains.
On the way visit to Basqal village
to drink local mineral medicinal
water "Bado", "Ven Dam" village in
Gabala province, ruins of the
capital of ancient Caucasian
Albania.
Arrival in Sheki. Accommodation at
"Yukhari Caravansaray" hotel 2**
(building of the medieval
caravansaray converted to the
hotel). Check-in. Dinner at the
hotel.

Sheki
Breakfast at the hotel.
Sheki sightseeing tour. Visit to the
local medieval fortress, Sheki
Khans’ palace (currently is under
the restoration, observation from
the outside), local museum of
history, local handicrafts workshop,
panoramic view of the town, mosque-madrassah,
local bazaar. Lunch at the local
restaurant. Free time.
Dinner and overnight. |

Sheki /
Kish / Ganja
08:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
Trip to village Kish near Sheki town
–twenty minutes by bus. Visit to the
first church in Caucasus 1 c.
Departure to Ganja – the second city
in Azerbaijan. Lunch at the local
restaurant On the way visit to
Mingyachevir – industrial town on
Kura river, Arrival in Ganja. City
sightseeing tour. Visit to the
mosque of Shah Abbas, medieval
caravansaray, museum of miniature,
"Bottle house", mausoleum of the
Great Azerbaijani poetry Nizami
Gyanjavi.
Lunch. Visit to the local bazaar.

Ganja /
Baku

Transfer to Baku. Lunch on the way
